About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join the Binary Defense team. This candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker, successful tactical executor, and ready to join a dynamic team.
This person will contribute to the Binary Defense team across all marketing functions including public relations, branding, message development, events/trade shows, digital efforts and more. The role provides an opportunity to collaborate with several divisions and products under the Binary Defense umbrella.
The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and can easily provide leadership on PR/communication strategies, but also broader strategic marketing and culture initiatives. Ideal candidates have a passion for digital marketing and understand the software as a service industry. They can creatively position products and services for go-to-market plans, provide direction across branding and paid media, and navigate a complex ecosystem of solutions and services. At the same time, they aren’t afraid to dive in and do the tactical work required for team success.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for understanding the market – the opportunities, the demands, the channels, competitive landscape and the buyers. In addition, they will work with the marketing team on positioning, messaging, marketing, placing and promoting a compelling story about Binary Defense and our customers.
The Director of Marketing will work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders including Sales and Operations to ensure market success. This person will own all activities associated with marketing for Binary Defense.Apply
Binary Defense Systems (BDS) is a managed security service provider (MSSP) with many different avenues towards our business model. Vision is endpoint software that provides visibility into indicators of compromise and preventing large-scale breaches within organizations. This position would be working with the BDS development team and focusing on contributing to the Vision software platform.
The main responsibilities would be to work with the web server team on releases and enhancements to the software. The server is mostly F# with many different glue languages and logic.Apply

This position would be working with the BDS development team and focusing on contributing to the Vision endpoint software suite. The main responsibilities would be to work with the Vision team (specifically the endpoint team) in features, releases and enhancements to the software. Binary Defense is seeking skilled programmers in Windows software driver development and Windows internals. The focus of the position is to work with a highly technical team focused on endpoint protection product called Vision. The core focus of the driver programmer is to work with the team to enhance capabilities with software development, and driver support. This includes end-to-end production of Windows Software Drivers, including development, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to SIEM & Logging architecture, administration, and engineering, Linux administration, as well as general system and application troubleshooting.

Binary Defense Systems (BDS) has open positions for incident responders and network security monitoring analysts in a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC). Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to network security analysis, monitoring and incident response.
Security Analysts work with and learn from experienced security team leaders and use the latest technology to detect, analyze and limit intrusions and security events. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7x365 SOC environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills and allow for flexible scheduling.
The SOC Analyst will work collaboratively to detect and respond to information security incidents, maintain and follow procedures for security event alerting, and participate in security investigations. The SOC Analyst will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint. The SOC Analyst should have familiarity with the principals of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, and have a working knowledge of security principals such as defense in depth.
The SOC Analyst must be competent to work at a high technical level and be capable of identifying threats, and threat vectors that cause security events.Apply
