We are looking for an Integration Tester to fully implement a testing process to assess and maintain the quality of Binary Defense Vision. To maintain a quality product, we are investing in formalizing and unifying existing automated testing pieces into a robust testing program. While we see manual testing as a big part of this position, we plan to increase our automated testing as the solution grows.

Binary Defense is a managed security service provider (MSSP) with a number of different avenues towards our business model. Vision is endpoint software that provides visibility into indicators of compromise and preventing large-scale breaches within organizations. This position would be working with the BD development team and focusing on contributing to the Vision endpoint software suite. The main responsibilities would be to work with the Vision team (specifically the endpoint team) in features, releases and enhancements to the software. Additional responsibilities include working with the server-side team (F# specific) and ensuring tight integration within the full product suite.

Binary Defense Systems (BDS) has an open position for a Security Engineer in our Implementation Division. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to SIEM & Logging architecture, administration, and engineering, Linux administration, as well as general system and application troubleshooting. Security Engineers work closely with our clients as well as our security operations center analysts. Candidates must demonstrate intuitive problem solving skills, have proficient communication skills, as well as a strong technical background.
Binary Defense Systems (BDS) has open positions for incident responders and network security monitoring analysts in a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC). Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to network security analysis, monitoring and incident response. Security Analysts work with and learn from experienced security team leaders and use the latest technology to detect, analyze and limit intrusions and security events. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7x365 SOC environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills and allow for flexible scheduling. The SOC Analyst will work collaboratively to detect and respond to information security incidents, maintain and follow procedures for security event alerting, and participate in security investigations. The SOC Analyst will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint. The SOC Analyst should have familiarity with the principals of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, and have a working knowledge of security principals such as defense in depth. The SOC Analyst must be competent to work at a high technical level and be capable of identifying threats, and threat vectors that cause security events.
