CRM Specialist

Job Description

Binary Defense is seeking a data driven and results oriented CRM Specialist to manage our business systems and translate best-practice CRM and Marketing/Sales Automation capabilities into our Salesforce.com, Hubspot and Salesloft tools. The position will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, can understand the big-picture vision, and has the drive to make that vision a reality. The CRM Specialist will define solutions that meet both short and long-term business objectives and will take an active role in strategic analysis and reporting.

The position will work with the sales, marketing, support, finance, product management and operation teams to build and enhance business systems using concepts based on industry research, system knowledge and the needs of internal/external stakeholders. The candidate should be curious about information technology and cybersecurity and want to make the world a safer place for business and technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and architectural guidance to align Salesforce.com, Hubspot and Salesloft solutions to business requirements
  • Evaluate requirements to create and implement clear business process workflow and use cases
  • Create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard, and custom fields
  • Analyze data and make recommendations on marketing / sales initiatives
  • Capture incoming data for use in marketing / sales personalization, insights and campaigns
  • Develop lead scoring and help migrate contacts through marketing / sales funnel stages
  • Identify opportunities to engage contacts and nurture leads to conversion
  • Manage and customize dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals
  • Measure and report performance of sales and marketing initiatives; provide insights and recommendations for strategy, segmentation and targeting
  • Compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales marketing and pipeline reports.
  • Ensure business system performance and evaluate and resolve problems
  • Act as tiered support for high-severity and business impacting CRM, Marketing / Sales Automation related issues
  • Work cross-functionally to train individuals from varying backgrounds to maximize efficiency with tools, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business or technology-related field
  • Salesforce system administrator and Hubspot certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with sales / marketing teams
  • Technologically savvy and up to date on industry trends
  • Strong strategic understanding of business systems with proven experience in increasing the CRM/Marketing/Sales Automation value-add
  • Ability to model business processes as data structures and applications in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • A self-starter, working independently
