- When Client elects to license LogRhythm Products and Services as part of the Services in this SOW, Client agrees that the End User License Agreement terms provided by LogRhythm when Client downloads the Product governs Client’s use of LogRhythm Products, and creates a direct contractual relationship between Client and LogRhythm. LogRhythm, and not Binary Defense, is solely responsible for the LogRhythm Products and Services.
- In the event of dispute with respect to the LogRhythm Products and Services, Client agrees to bring such dispute or claim against LogRhythm only, and not against Binary Defense.
- Client will pay Binary Defense for the LogRhythm Products and Services. Binary Defense shall remit the fees to LogRhythm pursuant to the arrangement between Binary Defense and LogRhythm.
