As Binary Defense Chief Executive Officer, Bob Meindl brings extensive cybersecurity leadership experience and a consistent track record of developing and scaling world-class, high velocity security operations businesses. In his 20 plus year career, Meindl has guided the strategic growth of start-up, midsize and enterprise cybersecurity companies.
Prior to Binary Defense, he has served in a variety of top executive and senior management positions; most recently as Executive Vice President & Head of North American Cyber Security Practice at Capgemini. In his two years at Capgemini, Meindl led a $150M business and a team of 1000 employees to achieve double digit profit and revenue growth.
He has also held senior executive positions at cybersecurity leaders Leidos Cyber and Lockheed Martin Commercial Cyber. In his executive roles there, he oversaw the comprehensive growth strategy responsible for substantial and swift market penetration, bottom-line outcomes, and value creation. At every stage of his career, Meindl has established himself as a passionate cybersecurity visionary adept at building businesses and driving explosive expansion.
Meindl is a member of the Advisory Boards for PacketViper, Anomali and other cybersecurity companies where he has helped these businesses develop their cybersecurity offerings and expand their operations. Additionally, he serves on the Marist College School of Business Board of Advisors. Meindl is also a graduate of Marist College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
