Another Bug Found In iOS 12.0.1

An amateur security researcher from Spain discovered a bug in iOS 12 which gives access to contacts and photos stored on iPhones. Although the original bug was patched, another was discovered which seems to be easier to bring about than previously reported. This version however, is a bit more threatening because it allows an attacker to specifically select the photos and then send them to whomever the hacker desires through Apple Messages. This is one of the easier-to-use flaws that we have seen, with detailed directions accessible on the internet. The bug can currently be used on any iPhone that operates on iOS 12 or higher. Since there is no patch currently available, users can disable Siri temporarily until Apple decides to release a fix
