MafiaProject

The former Anonymous group MafiaProject has come forward with a new dump for the campaign targeting Russia.  The dump, which was posted late last night, contained 300 usernames and cleartext passwords for mail.ru addresses.  According to the group, the emails were all tied to members of the Russian government, although that has yet to be verified at this time.  MafiaProject, previously YourAnonMafia, is an experienced group who have pulled off a number of successful attacks including Doxes, database dumps, website defacements, and DDoS attacks.  It is possible that at least some of these addresses are legitimately tied to personal accounts for members of the Russian government, however it is unlikely that any of them are tied to members of higher level positions within the government.
