Support for the Yellow Vest movement is growing within America as the planned protest for December 22nd get closer. The posting for the protests has been shared a number of times so far and more plans have been made for protests in several more locations around New York City and California. Surprisingly though at this time, while the results of continued reconnaissance activity are still being posted online, it has all been for financial institutions outside of the United States.
Analyst Notes
While this does not mean that the threat from the OpIcarus campaign, which has been run in close conjunction with the Yellow Vest movement, is lower to U.S. institutions, it does mean that the greatest risk is still likely towards non-U.S. banks.
