Windows 10 Zip File Bug

The Windows 10 October update (Build 1809) has had some trouble with bugs since its initial release. Most of the bugs were patched, however a new bug has risen related to extracting zip files. Typically, when a zip file is extracted in Windows and the contents already exist at the specified location, Windows will display a message asking the user if they want to overwrite the files. With the new update, when a user goes to extract a zip archive or drag a file from a zip archive to a location where the same files already exist, Windows no longer displays this confirmation prompt. Instead, it currently does nothing, leaving the files as is or will automatically overwrite the file. The bug has reportedly been fixed with the build 19234.
